LEARNING OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM
At Crawford's School we aim to have regular outdoor learning for all our pupils.

In Class 1 - early years - the children go out once a week for a Forest School session with our Outdoor Learning lead Miss Grist.

Classes 2,3 and 4 go on a nature walk once every half term during which they wander and wonder about the natural world around our school.

On our recent Autumn walk we discovered many signs of Autumn, learnt some more about the life cycle of plants, wondered over a beautifully sparkly beetle and mourned over the body of a dead mouse!

We ask that all children have a pair of wellies and a waterproof coat in school at all times.
